Welcome to the fascinating world of the human brain! In my talk, I will explore its unique characteristics, neuroimaging techniques, and unparalleled features like consciousness and language. Let's embark on a journey into the depths of your mind!

Ieva is a third-year PhD Neuroscience candidate at the University of Liverpool, using MRI to study brain anatomy and language. She is also a committee member of British Neuroscience Association, Liverpool Neuroscience Early Career Researchers branch. Ieva is actively involved in science communication, and has given talks for both academic and non-academic audiences, including international conferences, and Pint of Science, and she recently won first place in the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences 3 minute thesis competition at the University of Liverpool.

About Ieva Andrulyte
